Change Request Management Process for Candidate Enrollment / De-Enrollment
- This module can be used for all the batches started till 31st December, 2022. Module can be used only when
modifications are required in the batch.
- Module can be used till Desk / Salary Verification only. Once Data creation for Placement Physical
Verification is done, the module cannot be used.
- Candidates can be Enrollment upto batch size.
- This is not applicable for the batches sent for Assessment and SDMS IDs are generated with External
Assessment data.
Steps:
- The module can be used for the batches at any stage before Data creation for Physical Verification by
following the sub sequent steps mentioned below.
Round2 for deletion of Desk / Salary verification data Deletion of Tracking Deletion

Note:
Following the above process, PIA has to submit the request for Candidate Enrollment / De-Enrollment. The
changes are subject to Approval of respective SRLM
